Muhammad Ejaz Malik is Head Admin at the Centre of Excellence in Molecular Biology, University of the Punjab, Lahore. He has progressed through various administrative positions at CEMB and has more than 25 years of experience in academic administration, institutional governance, human resource management, legal affairs, procurement, contract management, statutory matters and organizational coordination.
Over the course of his professional career, he has developed broad-based expertise in managing the complex administrative affairs of a multidisciplinary research and academic institution. His work places particular emphasis on institutional coordination, policy implementation, statutory business, procurement, contractual and legal affairs, commercialization of research outputs and the establishment of advanced research facilities.
A qualified legal professional with an LLM degree, he contributes to matters involving institutional regulations, service matters, contracts, procurement, legal correspondence, court cases, and the interpretation and implementation of applicable rules and procedures.
