- Sample Size for Seed Testing: Minimum 500g composite seed sample sealed in tamper-proof container.
- Regulatory Documentation: Commercial consignments must include import/export manifest or seed company registration number.
- DNA Fingerprinting: Reference samples of parent varieties must accompany seed lots for SSR comparison.
