Sample collection & submission guidelines

Adhering to correct specimen handling and preservation standards ensures reliable diagnostic accuracy and legal admissibility.

  • RNA / cDNA Requirements: RNA samples must show A260/A280 ratio between 1.8–2.0; submit in nuclease-free water on dry ice.
  • Test Compounds: Drugs, botanical extracts, or nanoparticles for MTT assays should be dissolved in sterile DMSO or culture media with known stock concentration.
